The team at Maintenance Services HQ has worked with in the Horticulture & Handyman Sectors for over 10 years.
Founded by owner James La Riccia back in 2020, Maintenance Services HQ has focused on delivering service above and beyond the minimal expectation and has treated works on every property as if it was work on his own asset.
Prior to venturing out on his own, James completed his Air Conditioning apprenticeship in 2007 is a qualified Air Conditioning Mechanic. He has also worked in the Commercial Facility Management Industry where he managed a number of key buildings in the Melbourne CBD such as Collins Square, Shell House and the iconic Rialto Towers. During this time, James engaged with a number of projects including landscaping projects and building infrastructure upgrades as well as seeing first hand how much contractor detail and material selection has diminished over the last 5-10 years.
Drawing from his background in managing multiple buildings and industrial sites in Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs, James ensures that every project meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism. His proactive approach and dedication to cost-effectiveness empower clients with valuable insights and pre-emptive solutions, setting a new standard of excellence in the industry.
James has a passion for bring ideas to life from landscaping design and ideas to better means of access or outdoor comfort for those who enjoy some quiet time outside and escape the daily hussel and bussel.
Since 2023, James has been working in the western suburbs of Melbourne and located in the Geelong region where is has been working with both residential and commercial owners in landscaping designs, recommendations, repairs and general maintenance as well as providing gutter cleaning, fence repairs, pest control, window cleaning and property maintenance.
James’ work ethic is extremely high and in today’s day and age, this is something which is held in high regard and places Maintenance Services HQ above the rest in the industry.
